IT Service Coordinator for Workplace Experience

Your Role:

We are now looking for an IT Service Coordinator for the Workplace Experience area - a role for you who is passionate about IT, service, responsibility, and development. As an IT Service Coordinator within Workplace Experience, you will be a key person in ensuring and further developing our IT services that make the workday smooth and efficient. For us, Workplace Experience is about creating a smart and well-functioning work environment - with a focus on:

• Conference and meeting room solutions
• Digital tools for room booking and workplace planning
• Services that enhance the daily workplace experience

You will work both operationally and strategically - from daily operations to the development of our services and processes.

Your tasks will include:

• Ensuring stable operations and high quality in our Workplace services.
• Monitoring and quality assuring deliveries from external partners, including SLA and contract follow-up.
• Acting as a requirements setter and contact person towards external and internal parties.
• Driving and contributing to improvement work in the area together with the Service Manager and Service Owner.
• Participating in and sometimes leading projects within Workplace Experience.
• Managing lifecycle processes for Workplace-related services and equipment.

Your Profile:

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with many points of contact and enjoys combining structure and service with development and responsibility. You are a person who naturally takes ownership of your tasks, sees the big picture, and enjoys contributing to improvements. You are used to working in periods of high tempo and have the ability to prioritize when a lot is happening at the same time. You are service-oriented, communicative, and have an easy time building trust - both internally and externally.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in the operation, management, or coordination of IT services focusing on conference room solutions and smart office solutions.
• Documented experience in following up and driving service deliveries.
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience in project management within IT or workplace-related initiatives.
• Certifications in IT, such as Microsoft 365, ITIL, or similar.
• Experience in system administration and technical support, especially within conference room technology and smart office solutions.
